How long will it take to receive my order?

What if the product arrives incomplete or different from what I ordered?
If your dress arrives different from what you ordered or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. Make sure to include photos of the issue when reaching out.
Is the product exactly as shown in the pictures?
Yes, all product images on our website are real photos of the watches you will receive. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
